The Posies Are ManiaTV's Artist Of The Day

The Posies are being featured on Mania TV today as their artist of the day. The interview (taped earlier this month in Denver CO) will be running just after 2pm and again just after 8pm (Eastern standard time) today on their homepage.

The interview will be re-run in the 3pm hour on Saturday & Sunday, and will be archived on their site next week.

European Tour Starts Today!

The 2nd leg of the Posies' European tour begins today in Bielefeld, Germany, as the first of five dates opening for Teenage Fanclub. You can see the rest of the dates for the tour here.

Comfort isn’t often a term used in discussing rock music. It’s supposed to be rowdy, provocative and rebellious. Rock wears boots, not slippers. The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Radiohead, The Clash—their best work is hardly music you’d listen to while relaxing by the fire.
