Bordeaux Show Cancelled; KS/Big Star Dates for 2006

The Posies' 12/2 show in Bordeaux, France has been cancelled.

In addition to his 12/31 show in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, Ken will be playing these additional shows in January:

1/4 KS solo at B72, Vienna AUSTRIA
1/5 KS solo at Weekender, Innsbruck AUSTRIA
1/6 KS solo at Sporting Club, Crans-Montana SWITZERLAND

Ken Stringfellow is the Swiss Army Knife of power pop. It was his first band, the Posies, that splashed him all over the hearts and minds of fans and bands alike. Soon thereafter we saw Ken on keyboard, guitar, and bass as a touring member of Big Star, the Minus Five, and R.E.M. Most recently, the Posies have released 'Every Kind of Light', and Big Star had Ken in the studio for 'In Space'. We were thrilled to get such a thoughtul list from such a busy guy.

Exclusive Performance For Fender - This Saturday!

The Posies will be appearing at Music Live this Saturday, November 5th, at the NEC – Birmingham. They will be appearing on the Fender stand and then doing an exclusive acoustic performance in the Kerrang! Lounge. This event is open to the public.
