The album has a title! It will be called “In Space” and it’s scheduled for release August 30th on Rykodisc.
In this month’s issue of Q magazine (with Oasis on the cover), the free CD included has a track from the album called “Dony.”
Every Kind Of Light is now available worldwide, after being released today on Rykodisc in the US and Canada (the German release is going to be a week from now, on 4 July). Pick up a copy and share your thoughts in the EKOL forum.

Very rarely do we have the Artist of the Month and the Single of the Week from the same artist, but a new full length Posies album doesn’t come around that often. “Conversations” has everything that Posies fans have loved over the years. Beautiful melody, stunning hooks, signature harmonies, and overflowing emotion, sounding as if it were starting side 2 of the now classic “Dear 23”.
If there was a Power Pop Hall of Fame, The Posies would be a shoe in for an inaugural induction. A very welcome return.
